What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth execution of all construction activities.
- Coordinating tasks and schedules with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitoring workmanship to ensure it consistently meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Enforcing strict compliance with safety protocols and reporting incidents as necessary.
- Assisting in resolving technical issues on-site, often liaising directly with designers and consultants.
- Preparing regular progress reports and presenting updates during site meetings.
- Acting as the primary Arabic-speaking point of contact between the site and project managers or clients.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience supervising construction sites.
- Fluency in Arabic, with strong communication skills in English as well.
- Solid grasp of local construction standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Natural leadership skills—able to motivate teams and foster a positive, accountable atmosphere.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience on projects in Dubai or the wider UAE region.
