About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Curious about what it’s like to help shape Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline? We’re on the lookout for an Architect to join our team in Barsha, where creativity meets real-world impact. If you’re already living in the UAE and eager to work on projects that combine aesthetics with purpose, this is an opportunity to make your mark in one of the region’s most dynamic cities. Ready to roll up your sleeves and turn ambitious plans into reality?

About the Company

We’re a boutique architectural firm grounded in collaboration and fueled by diverse perspectives. Our studio doesn’t just churn out blueprints — we design spaces that people actually love to live and work in. Here, you’ll find a team that welcomes fresh ideas (and yes, there’s always coffee brewing). From brainstorming sessions to Friday debriefs, we value open communication, practical problem-solving, and a bit of humor to get us through ambitious deadlines. Our projects are as varied as our personalities, spanning residential, commercial, and creative mixed-use spaces across Dubai.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting and developing architectural designs for a range of projects using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and on budget
  • Visiting sites around Dubai to monitor progress and quality, occasionally rolling up your sleeves when challenges arise
  • Turning conceptual sketches into detailed, practical construction drawings
  • Researching materials, sustainability practices, and local codes to ensure both innovation and compliance
  • Presenting your designs to both clients and internal teams—sometimes your diagrams will do the talking, other times you will
  • Keeping up with industry trends to inject fresh, modern touches into our work
  • Participating in team meetings and design reviews (yes, opinions are welcome here!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing in the UAE (we can’t process overseas applications at this time)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar field
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Suite is a bonus
  • A portfolio that shows both creativity and technical know-how
  • Comfortable communicating in English (Arabic is great, but not required)
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks without losing your cool

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with projects in Dubai or the wider UAE
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and authority submission processes
  • Flair for sustainable, eco-friendly design solutions

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salary of AED 7,000 per month
  • Two-year residency permit and a renewable employment contract—stability you can count on
  • Health insurance coverage for peace of mind
  • Supportive, lively team where your input is truly valued
  • Central Barsha location—commute, errands, and after-work plans made easy
  • Exposure to high-profile projects and real career growth opportunities
  • Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and design critiques to sharpen your skills
  • Flexible approach to work-life balance (we know there’s a life outside deadlines)

Here, your ideas don’t just sit on paper—they help shape the spaces where Dubai lives, works, and celebrates. If you’re searching for a place where your talent will be recognized and your contributions matter, you’ll feel right at home with us.

  • Have you ever had to manage client expectations when a design idea clashed with budget or technical constraints? How did you address it?
  • How do you collaborate and communicate with engineers and contractors to ensure that project goals are met?
  • Describe a situation where your creativity helped overcome a practical constraint on a project.
