What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting and developing architectural designs for a range of projects using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborating closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and on budget
- Visiting sites around Dubai to monitor progress and quality, occasionally rolling up your sleeves when challenges arise
- Turning conceptual sketches into detailed, practical construction drawings
- Researching materials, sustainability practices, and local codes to ensure both innovation and compliance
- Presenting your designs to both clients and internal teams—sometimes your diagrams will do the talking, other times you will
- Keeping up with industry trends to inject fresh, modern touches into our work
- Participating in team meetings and design reviews (yes, opinions are welcome here!)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (we can’t process overseas applications at this time)
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or similar field
- Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Suite is a bonus
- A portfolio that shows both creativity and technical know-how
- Comfortable communicating in English (Arabic is great, but not required)
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with projects in Dubai or the wider UAE
- Knowledge of local building regulations and authority submission processes
- Flair for sustainable, eco-friendly design solutions
