Right now, our Dubai-based team in vibrant Business Bay is searching for a detail-oriented Architect ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into fast-paced projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models for a variety of projects
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Visiting job sites to oversee progress and address design or construction issues as they arise
- Researching and selecting materials that balance aesthetics, durability, and budget
- Keeping up with Dubai’s ever-evolving building codes and sustainability standards
- Presenting concepts and proposals—sometimes to a packed room, sometimes over a casual coffee
- Supporting the team with project administration and documentation
- Staying current on design trends, tech tools, and industry best practices
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and at least one rendering software (SketchUp, Lumion, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and technical skills
- Solid grasp of construction methods, local materials, and UAE building regulations
- Excellent communication skills—you can explain your vision to both clients and contractors
- A self-starting attitude, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience working on UAE-based projects
- Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability frameworks
- Basic Arabic language skills
