About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever looked up at Dubai’s stunning skyline and imagined leaving your own mark? Here’s your chance. We’re on the lookout for an Architect to join our growing team in the lively Business Bay district. If you’re currently based in the UAE, have solid computer skills, and a passion for bringing creative visions to life—this might just be the role that defines your next chapter.
About the Company
We’re an established construction firm with roots woven deep into the fabric of Dubai’s urban expansion. Think of us less as a faceless corporation and more as a close-knit group who’ve watched the city transform, project by project. Our office buzzes with international perspectives—coffee breaks often turn into mini architecture debates, and ideas flow as freely as the coffee. Here, growth isn’t just about our projects; it’s about the team, too.
Friday demo days? Yes, they exist (and the strongest opinions usually come from the quietest designers). We genuinely believe that every voice shapes better spaces—for our clients and for Dubai.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with our project managers and design teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute architectural projects from start to finish.
- Drafting and revising blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) tools — your knack for digital sketching will be put to use daily.
- Conducting regular site visits in Business Bay and surrounding areas to keep tabs on progress and ensure designs are faithfully realized.
- Presenting design concepts to clients, translating feedback into refined plans (sometimes overnight—it happens!).
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to turn models and mockups into reality, while solving the occasional “surprise” issue on site.
- Keeping up-to-date with Dubai’s ever-evolving building regulations and sustainability trends.
- Juggling client visions, regulatory requirements, and creative spark—all in a day’s work.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an Architect, ideally with some UAE-based project exposure.
- Comfortable using computer-aided design (CAD) and related architectural software, plus basic office applications (think: sending quick sketch updates over email).
- Strong communication chops—you can present ideas clearly, whether to a supplier, teammate, or client.
- Current residency in the UAE (any nationality welcome).
- A flexible work style and willingness to commute to Business Bay.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive starting salary of AED5000.
- Two-year employment contract (we’re invested in your growth, not just your next few weeks).
- Residency permit valid for two years—stability matters.
- Health insurance coverage from day one.
- Accommodation and transportation—let’s chat about what works for you.
- Diverse, supportive team—our culture is as international as Dubai itself.
- Opportunity to work on landmark projects and leave your imprint on one of the world’s most dynamic cities.
Whether you’re fueled by ambition, design, or simply the thrill of a new challenge, you’ll find the tools, support, and camaraderie to build something meaningful here.
