What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating closely with senior architects and project managers to bring ambitious concepts to life.
  • Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and models for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Conducting on-site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
  • Liaising with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.
  • Researching materials, local regulations, and innovative design solutions to enhance each project’s outcome.
  • Adapting quickly to shifting priorities — some days move fast, and we love a team player who can keep pace.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Architecture degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in architectural design, ideally in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong CAD and design software skills (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills — you’re comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life.
  • A proactive, hardworking attitude and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start as soon as possible.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Dubai’s building codes and permitting processes.
  • Portfolio featuring commercial or high-rise projects.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
