What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your trade, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves for work that matters. Here’s what you can expect:
- Safety Officer: Conduct regular inspections at the construction site, ensuring all safety procedures are followed, and provide toolbox talks to keep our teams informed and alert.
- Scaffolder: Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely, making sure that platforms are solid, secure, and ready for our builders to work confidently at any height.
- Plumber: Install, repair, and maintain water systems, coordinating with fellow trades to keep things flowing (quite literally) across our projects.
- Welder: Fabricate and weld steel components for building frames—precision and safety are your watchwords as you bring complex designs to life.
- Mason: Lay bricks and stone, finish surfaces, and restore worn structures—your craftsmanship will be visible every time someone walks past the completed site.

- Relevant trade experience or certification in your field.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country will not be considered).
- Willingness to work in Al Rigga and adapt to changing site needs.
- Communication skills — enough to get your point across with your crew, no matter where they’re from.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the UAE or the Gulf region.
- Basic English or Arabic language skills.
