What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting bakers with daily dough preparation, scaling, shaping, and baking
- Ensuring all bread, rolls, and pastries are carefully packaged for delivery or retail counters
- Keeping workstations and equipment spotless — from wiping down surfaces to daily deep cleans
- Organizing ingredients and supplies for smooth production flow
- Checking finished products for consistency and quality before they head out
- Supporting inventory checks and helping track stock levels
- Helping out with other production tasks as needed — we’re a team, after all!
