What You’ll Be Doing
- Cultivating new and existing client relationships to understand their financial needs and goals
- Actively promoting a suite of banking products, from personal loans to credit cards, with a consultative sales approach
- Meeting (and exceeding) monthly sales targets—you’ll know that feeling of accomplishment firsthand
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and delivery of client applications
- Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to keep your sales edge
- Attending regular team huddles and performance reviews, contributing energy and ideas
- Resolving client queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism—it’s about happy customers, not just closed deals
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of UAE experience in banking sales (personal loans, credit cards, or similar products) or prior experience in a Direct Sales Agency (DSA) working with banking products in the UAE
- Stellar communication skills—you know how to listen, advise, and close
- A proven sales track record with a team-first mentality
- Comfortable working under targets (and maybe find them a little bit motivating)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Multi-lingual abilities—extra points if you connect with UAE’s diverse customer base
- Experience with CRM systems or digital sales tools
