What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with clients inside the center, listening closely to their needs and suggesting personalized services or cosmetic products that fit.
- Explaining the benefits and science behind our beauty therapies and products — your degree will come in handy here!
- Building trusting relationships with repeat clients, making every visit feel special and tailored.
- Keeping up-to-date with new service offerings, seasonal promotions, and beauty trends (don’t worry, we’ll provide training).
- Handling point-of-sale transactions with care, ensuring a seamless and friendly checkout experience.
- Collaborating with therapists and the wider team to deliver the best possible customer journey.
- Occasionally assisting with in-center displays, product demos, or small events.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, or Bio Sciences.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Comfort working in a women-only, client-facing environment.
- Willingness to learn about new products and services.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous customer service experience (retail, pharmacy, clinic, etc.), though not required.
- Interest in wellness, beauty, or cosmetics.
