What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and ensuring everyone who enters feels seen, heard, and supported.
- Advising shoppers on products, promotions, and current trends—your product knowledge will make people’s day (and maybe your commission, too).
- Operating POS systems with accuracy, whether you’re handling cash or processing card transactions as a Cashier.
- Collaborating with colleagues to keep displays appealing, shelves stocked, and the store looking its best—even during the busiest rushes.
- Assisting with marketing activities—from helping execute in-store campaigns to suggesting new ideas for customer engagement.
- Tracking inventory and reporting low stock levels or fast movers (so nothing ever goes missing on your watch).
- Communicating with management if issues or opportunities pop up—you’re the eyes and ears on the ground.
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations—no two days look quite the same here, and that’s part of the adventure.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, cashiering, or marketing (retail environment is a bonus).
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages like Arabic, Tagalog, or Hindi are a real plus.
- A positive, energetic attitude—unflappable even during peak season crowds.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Valid work eligibility for the UAE (or ability to join immediately).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with POS or inventory management systems.
- A creative streak or hands-on experience with store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s mall environment or an eagerness to learn and adapt.
