What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your fit—Sales Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Telemarketing Agent—your days might look like:
Sales Executive:
- Connecting with prospects, building trusted relationships, and converting leads into satisfied clients
- Meeting with partners and potential customers in person and online—no two days are quite the same
- Hitting (and hopefully exceeding!) monthly sales targets while keeping quality a priority
- Sharing feedback from the market with the team to help us improve and stay ahead
Marketing Coordinator:
- Supporting campaign launches, from brainstorming creative ideas to tracking performance metrics
- Coordinating with designers and writers to craft compelling content
- Managing event logistics, marketing materials, and social media presence
- Keeping everyone organized—you’re the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations
Telemarketing Agent:
- Calling potential leads, introducing our offerings, and sparking interest
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team and following up with friendly persistence
- Updating the CRM (we know, it’s not glamorous, but it makes all the difference)
- Working closely with teammates to refine our pitch and celebrate each “yes”
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- You’re currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately
- English communication skills—clear, confident, and professional (other languages are a plus)
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to handle a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or marketing support roles (even if it’s just a few months)
- Motivation to meet targets and persistence when things don’t go as planned
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with CRMs, social media marketing, or digital tools
- Additional languages—Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Russian, etc.—we love a multilingual team
- Prior experience in Dubai’s business scene
