What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and sharing the magic behind each unique fragrance
- Recommending products based on customer preferences, helping them find “the one”
- Driving sales and meeting (or exceeding!) daily and monthly targets
- Processing transactions efficiently as a cashier, ensuring accuracy and a smooth experience
- Overseeing daily store operations as a supervisor, from staff coordination to visual merchandising
- Keeping displays pristine and restocked, making sure every bottle shines
- Assisting with inventory tracking and regular stock checks
- Handling customer concerns with warmth and professionalism—it’s all about the experience
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or any perfume-related role (big plus if you know your brands!)
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately
- Natural communicator, both in English and with a genuine smile
- A customer-first attitude—service is second nature to you
- Professional grooming and punctuality
- Eligible to work on a company-provided visa
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in additional languages (French, Arabic, or Russian are all valuable here)
- Familiarity with Dubai’s luxury retail culture
- Experience training or coaching retail staff (for supervisor roles)
