What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with Bengali-speaking customers to address their questions, provide information, and solve problems in a genuinely helpful way.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism — from quick inquiries to slightly more complex situations.
- Log details and update records accurately after each call so everyone’s on the same page (and nothing gets lost in translation).
- Relay feedback, trends, or cool customer stories to your team — your observations will help us continually improve.
- Work closely with a supportive team who’s happy to lend a hand, brainstorm solutions, or just share a laugh after a busy day.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in Bengali (spoken and written) — you’ll be talking and typing with Bengali-speaking customers every day.
- Currently residing in the UAE with all relevant documents ready to go.
- Strong communication skills in English or other languages — you’re comfortable chatting, writing, and listening.
- A positive, can-do attitude and patience when helping customers.
