About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how it feels to leave your signature scent in the world of luxury fragrance retail? We’re searching for a hands-on Perfume Sales Manager & Product Development Manager—someone who sees opportunity where others just see shelves, and thrives on turning product ideas into bestsellers. If you’re ready to blend your knack for sales leadership with creative product development, and play a starring role in growing our business across Dubai (and beyond), this could be your next big step.

About the Company

We’re a locally grown fragrance house with roots in Dubai’s vibrant retail scene—think luxury but with a dash of hustle. Our team is a close-knit group who celebrate new launches almost as much as they celebrate birthdays (and, trust us, both are a big deal). From lively brainstorming sessions in our Al Garhoud office to sampling sessions that occasionally end in debates about “the perfect floral note,” we believe in building products—and relationships—that linger in memory. Growth is on the horizon, which is why we’re looking for someone excited to help shape our next chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a driven sales team—empowering them to break records, not spirits.
  • Developing and executing winning sales strategies for our retail stores, wholesale partners, and export markets.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities: new stores, international markets, or untapped customer segments.
  • Working closely with the product development team to conceptualize, test, and launch innovative fragrance products.
  • Collaborating across departments (marketing, supply chain, retail operations) to bring cohesive, successful launches to market.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, both locally and abroad.
  • Tracking sales KPIs and reporting on progress—using insights to refine and recalibrate as needed.
  • Ensuring store operations and visual merchandising standards consistently elevate our brand experience.
  • Conducting market research to stay on top of emerging fragrance trends and competitor launches.
  • Traveling locally across Dubai (and possibly beyond)—a driving license is essential.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Demonstrable experience in sales management within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail sector.
  • Background in leading or collaborating on product development—ideally launching market-ready products.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching sales teams.
  • Ability to design and execute sales expansion strategies (retail, export, wholesale).
  • Superb communication—whether you’re leading a team huddle, meeting with partners, or presenting new concepts.
  • Commercial acumen and data savvy—you know your way around sales dashboards and market analyses.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Based in Dubai or able to work full-time in Al Garhoud.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working within the UAE/GCC fragrance industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • A creative streak—maybe you’ve helped name a perfume or craft a campaign that got people talking.
  • An eye for detail in store design, packaging, or visual merchandising.

Not sure you check every single box? Reach out anyway—we’re here for passionate team builders and creative thinkers.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing home-grown fragrance brand.
  • Office in the heart of Dubai’s vibrant Al Garhoud district, with travel around the city to keep things interesting.
  • Supportive, entrepreneurial team with a real sense of camaraderie—success is shared, and laughter is common.
  • Staff discounts on our full range—yes, your scent collection will thank you.
  • Real autonomy to pitch new ideas, launch products, and influence growth.
  • Regular team get-togethers, product tastings, and the occasional surprise celebration.

We think you’ll feel right at home with us—whether you geek out over top notes or get a thrill from building high-performing teams. If you’re passionate about making a mark in Dubai’s fragrance scene, you might be the one we’re searching for.
