What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers as they explore the latest products — making each interaction helpful, genuine, and memorable.
- Operating the cash register efficiently and accurately to process sales (cashiers).
- Supervising and motivating team members during shifts if you’re in the supervisor role.
- Promoting featured items or special offers to shoppers in a personable, engaging way (promoters).
- Maintaining appealing product displays and restocking shelves to ensure the outlet always looks its best (merchandisers).
- Collaborating closely with colleagues — and lending a hand wherever it’s needed during rush hours, sales events, or new product launches.
- Staying up to date on product knowledge so you can confidently answer customer questions.
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to a positive, energetic store atmosphere that customers remember.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re already in the UAE and ready for an immediate start.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (role-specific experience is a bonus).
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in helping people.

- Reliability and the flexibility to work mall hours, including weekends.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience as a supervisor, promoter, merchandiser, or cashier.
