What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating, posting, and managing content across our social media platforms to attract and engage customers
- Responding to customer inquiries online and helping turn those chats into loyal clients
- Assisting with day-to-day office administration—think updating records, filing paperwork, and helping the team stay organized
- Keeping a close eye on social media analytics and trends to suggest new ideas (we love fresh thinking!)
- Coordinating with team members to ensure that customers’ needs are met in a timely, friendly manner
- Occasionally assisting management with special projects or events—something new is always happening here
