What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing, updating, and maintaining detailed MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit for live projects
- Coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specs
- Producing high-quality, fully coordinated MEP shop drawings, spotting (and resolving) clashes early on
- Reviewing project documents, identifying potential design issues, and proposing practical solutions
- Assisting with BIM execution plans and keeping project documentation organized and current
- Collaborating with the site team to translate digital designs to real-life installation guidance
- Participating in internal coordination meetings — your input matters here!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling with Autodesk Revit
- Strong skills in preparing MEP shop drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with clash detection and coordination processes in multidisciplinary environments
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and clear communication skills
- The ability to work in the UAE (Abu Dhabi office-based role)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools
- Previous contracting company exposure in the UAE or Gulf region
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
