About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of the team that literally builds the future, one project at a time? Here’s your chance. We’re on the lookout for skilled hands and sharp minds willing to get on site and roll up their sleeves — because here, every day is about making real, tangible progress. Whether you’re a seasoned artisan or a scaffolding whiz, if you’ve honed your craft in the heart of the UAE construction scene, your expertise could be exactly what we need.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing construction firm based in Mussafah, right where the city’s most ambitious projects take shape. Our crew is hands-on, supportive, and passionate about quality — from our Chargehands double-checking the details, to our Scaffolders ensuring safety is always top-notch. We take pride in our diverse team (coffee breaks in five different languages are common), and we believe the best ideas can come from anywhere on site. Fridays? Expect a round of fresh karak and a few competitive stories about whose section went up fastest that week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Artisan/Fabricator: Transform drawings and raw materials into the finished elements our sites need — whether that’s steel, wood, or something in between.
  • Chargehand – Repairing/Scaffolding/Steel Fixer: Lead your designated crew in daily tasks, troubleshoot snags on the spot, and make sure everyone’s working to our safety and quality standards.
  • Erector: Assemble critical site structures — precision, teamwork, and muscle all required.
  • Plaster Mason: Deliver smooth, durable plasterwork on deadlines that sometimes move (we’ll admit it).
  • Scaffolder: Build, inspect, and break down scaffolding. Safety is non-negotiable, and you’ll be the reason everyone goes home in one piece.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work site.
  • Communicate with supervisors and other trades to keep everything on track and on schedule.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in your trade, gained right here in the UAE construction sector.
    • Familiarity with site protocols, health & safety regulations, and tools of your role.
    • Willingness and ability to work at Mussafah project sites.
    • Strong teamwork skills — we lean on each other every single day.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to quality work.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience with major contractors or large construction projects in Mussafah.
    • Certifications relevant to your specialization.
    • The kind of initiative that sees a problem, solves it, and moves on without missing a beat.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay, always on time (it matters!)
  • Overtime opportunities for those who want them.
  • Meals and refreshments provided on-site so you’re fuelled for the day.
  • Supportive crew and supervisors who know the work — and respect it.
  • Real opportunities for promotion as new projects launch and expand.
  • A culture where hard work is noticed, and safety always comes first.
  • Unique team spirit — you’ll never feel like just a number here.

At the end of the week, you’ll see the impact of your work rising around you, and know you’re part of something built to last. If you’re ready to be a key player in Mussafah’s ever-changing skyline, you’ll fit right in.
