About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who thrives on bringing structure and order out of a whirlwind of activity? If you’ve ever watched a raw site transform into an inspiring space and thought, “I made that happen,” you’ll fit right in here. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman specializing in Fit-Out, Renovation, and Small Construction projects to oversee our ongoing work in Mussafah M17. This isn’t your standard desk job—you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, balancing hands-on oversight with problem-solving and people management.

About the Company

We’re a growing team of specialists passionate about reimagining commercial and residential spaces across Abu Dhabi. Our company culture might surprise you: while the work is demanding, we lean on teamwork and a shared sense of pride in a job well done. Whether we’re swapping tips over mid-morning karak tea or rallying extra hands for a tight deadline, you’ll find camaraderie and a shared drive to create spaces people love. Fridays tend to end with impromptu walk-throughs—everyone’s welcome to weigh in, from junior apprentice to founding partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out, renovation, and small construction projects
  • Coordinating and managing work crews, subcontractors, and site logistics so everyone’s pulling in the same direction
  • Ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard (we don’t cut corners, and we hope you don’t either)
  • Communicating openly and frequently with the project manager—think updates, snag lists, site issues, and resource needs
  • Reviewing site drawings and specifications to ensure everyone’s always on the same page
  • Monitoring and reporting material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory
  • Using your basic computer skills to keep spreadsheets, progress reports, and attendance records up to date
  • Lending a hand with last-minute troubleshooting (because we all know the punch list never really ends until the client smiles)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 4 years’ hands-on experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or similar in renovation, interior fit-out, or small construction
  • Confident people manager who brings out the best in your team (especially when the pressure’s on)
  • Ability to read drawings & interpret project requirements in a clear, no-nonsense way
  • Basic-to-intermediate computer skills (you can manage daily reports and schedules without breaking a sweat)
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with a keen eye for detail
  • Solid communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus!)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Local Abu Dhabi project experience or knowledge of regional construction codes
  • Previous experience with both commercial and residential interiors
  • Problem-solving instincts—someone who enjoys thinking on their feet

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary up to AED 4,000, paid on time—always
  • Opportunity to shape rewarding projects around Mussafah and the greater Abu Dhabi area
  • Supportive colleagues who believe the best solutions come from collaboration
  • Professional growth—take on more responsibility as you prove yourself
  • Respect for work-life balance, with a team that steps up to handle challenges together
  • Our Friday walk-throughs—because we believe in celebrating wins, big and small

Your expertise can truly make an impact here. If you’re ready to step up and see your leadership make a difference from day one, we’re excited to meet you.
