About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who thrives on bringing structure and order out of a whirlwind of activity? If you’ve ever watched a raw site transform into an inspiring space and thought, “I made that happen,” you’ll fit right in here. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman specializing in Fit-Out, Renovation, and Small Construction projects to oversee our ongoing work in Mussafah M17. This isn’t your standard desk job—you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, balancing hands-on oversight with problem-solving and people management.

Fridays tend to end with impromptu walk-throughs—everyone’s welcome to weigh in, from junior apprentice to founding partners.

- Communicating openly and frequently with the project manager—think updates, snag lists, site issues, and resource needs
- Reviewing site drawings and specifications to ensure everyone’s always on the same page
- Monitoring and reporting material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory
- Using your basic computer skills to keep spreadsheets, progress reports, and attendance records up to date
- Lending a hand with last-minute troubleshooting (because we all know the punch list never really ends until the client smiles)
