As an HSE Officer specializing in Electromechanical works, you’ll play a pivotal role at the very heart of our projects — blending hands-on site vigilance with a deep knowledge of UAE safety standards. This isn’t just about ticking boxes; it’s about building a proactive culture of prevention and care, making sure each day finishes safely for everyone on site.

About the Company

We’re an established, rapidly growing player in the UAE’s construction sector, passionate about engineering the future — and doing so responsibly. Our team is a blend of seasoned professionals and vibrant young talent, sharing a common mission: get the job done right and get everyone home safe. You’ll notice we value open communication (daily team huddles are non-negotiable), and we celebrate safety wins almost as much as project milestones. That weekly chai around our site office? It’s a must-attend for team updates, shout-outs, and the occasional safety trivia challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct daily site inspections, identifying potential hazards and recommending real-time corrective actions.
  • Lead toolbox talks, fostering open and practical safety conversations that go beyond protocols.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments for all phases of Electromechanical works, documenting and communicating clear findings to supervisors and crew.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE policies and UAE regulatory standards, with a focus on early detection and accident prevention.
  • Support incident investigations, preparing detailed reports and facilitating lessons-learned sessions with the site team.
  • Liaise closely with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure safety practices are followed at every level.
  • Keep HSE records organized and up-to-date — no missing forms on your watch.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement when it comes to health, safety, and environmental performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-4 years of UAE construction experience, specifically in Electromechanical works.
  • NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, and OSHA certifications.
  • First Aid & Fire Fighting training.
  • Strong working knowledge of local UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Confident conducting site inspections and risk assessments in busy, ever-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills — you’ll be at ease leading a toolbox talk or discussing a safety observation with a site foreman.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working with multinational teams or on large infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with digital HSE reporting tools or apps.
  • A little extra enthusiasm for sharing safety tips or launching awareness campaigns onsite.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
