About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever worked with your hands and watched an entire structure come together, piece by piece? We’re on the lookout for skilled Steel Fabricators/Welders, Carpenters, and Aluminum Workers to join our team in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. These roles aren’t just about following blueprints — they’re about shaping real spaces that people use every day. If you’re ready to bring your craftsmanship to a company that values skill and teamwork, this just might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.

About the Company

We’re not your generic workshop. Our team is a close-knit group that believes in delivering quality workmanship on every project, large or small. We take pride in our collaborative, supportive environment — one where new ideas are welcomed, questions are encouraged, and success is a shared experience. Here, Friday afternoons often mean impromptu grill sessions, swapping stories (and a few secret tips) from the jobsite. We’re growing fast, and looking for great people to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Fabricating, welding, or assembling steel and aluminum structures and components according to specifications

  • Troubleshooting on-site challenges and suggesting smart fixes when plans need a tweak
  • Working closely with fellow tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Upholding strict safety standards every single day, both for yourself and your teammates
  • Maintaining your tools and keeping work areas tidy — because the details matter

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience in steel fabrication/welding, carpentry, or aluminum work
  • Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints
  • Commitment to teamwork and responsibility on the job
  • Reliable work ethic and a positive, problem-solving attitude

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous projects in construction, industrial, or fit-out environments
  • Basic Arabic or conversational English helpful, but not a must
  • Familiarity with power tools and site safety standards

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary that values your craft and experience
  • A stable, supportive work environment with a safety-first mindset
  • Real career growth opportunities — we love promoting from within
  • Immediate start for qualified candidates
  • Work as part of a friendly, tight-knit team (we really do have each other’s backs)
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and take on fresh responsibilities
  • Team celebrations and appreciation for jobs well done

If you want to do more than just punch a clock — if you want to build, learn, and succeed alongside people who care — you’ll feel right at home here.
