What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading and interpreting project drawings to ensure precise, high-quality results
- Fabricating, welding, or assembling steel and aluminum structures and components according to specifications
- Measuring, cutting, and installing materials accurately to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Troubleshooting on-site challenges and suggesting smart fixes when plans need a tweak
- Working closely with fellow tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
- Upholding strict safety standards every single day, both for yourself and your teammates
- Maintaining your tools and keeping work areas tidy — because the details matter
What You’ll Bring
