What You’ll Be Doing
- Laying concrete blocks with precision and speed on site (Block Mason).
- Mixing, carrying, and delivering materials as needed (Helper).
- Working closely with masons and other helpers to keep work moving smoothly.
- Ensuring that each wall and partition is aligned, levelled, and built to the supervisor’s standards.
- Clearing debris and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Following safety guidelines and using equipment properly—no shortcuts here.
- Reporting daily progress and any obstacles to your supervisor so that no one’s left guessing.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with block work on UAE construction sites.
- For Masons: Skilled at reading simple site plans and delivering neat, solid blockwork.
- For Helpers: Strong, reliable, and eager to learn—the backbone of the team.
- Serious work ethic and a commitment to daily attendance and high-quality results.
- Able to work legally in the UAE.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Flexible attitude and willing to help wherever needed.
- Experience in other areas of masonry or construction.
