About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered using your network to actually make a visible impact—helping people stay cool, comfortable, and powered up? We're searching for a proactive Business Intermediary who thrives on connecting dots and opening doors. In this role, you’ll be our linchpin for bringing in air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical projects—everything from essential home repairs to full-scale maintenance contracts for businesses and villas. If you enjoy forging relationships and seeing your recommendations turn into real projects (with a skilled tech team ready to roll), this is your chance to be at the center of real progress.

About Us

We’re a growing technical services provider with a knack for solving problems quickly and professionally. Our team is quite literally the hands-on force behind countless well-functioning homes, shops, and office spaces in the area. Team lunches, celebrating even small wins, and sharing stories of jobs well done are all in a week's work. Here, urgency means being ready to spring into action—but never cutting corners when it comes to quality or customer care.

You won’t find stale hierarchy or rigid rules. Instead, you’ll meet techs who text you memes after a successful install, and management that’s genuinely interested in your ideas for the next big contract. We stand out because we do the work right, and we’re looking to grow with someone who values integrity and initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tapping into your industry connections to secure ongoing air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical work
  • Actively identifying and pursuing new project leads—think apartment complexes, local shops, offices, and villa developments
  • Facilitating introductions and agreements between clients and our technical team
  • Coordinating with our techs to tailor proposals and maintenance packages that make sense for each client
  • Keeping an eye out for one-off projects as well as long-term maintenance contracts
  • Staying informed about market trends so you can spot new opportunities for us (and yourself)
  • Representing our company’s standards and professionalism in every meeting or call

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong existing network within property management, facilities, or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close service contracts
  • Serious, reliable approach—your follow-up game is strong and you don’t let opportunities slip away
  • Basic understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical services (enough to speak clients’ language)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience securing larger-scale contracts (think multi-unit buildings or companies)
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2C tech services sales
  • Negotiation skills that are both persistent and respectful

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive commission structure—your initiative translates to real rewards
  • Professional technicians you can trust with your clients’ projects
  • Flexible, results-oriented approach: set your own schedule and work style
  • An open, supportive team that values honest communication and mutual success
  • Room to shape your role—suggest new markets or angles and watch your impact grow
  • Reputation for quality work means you can recommend our services with confidence

Here, your connections and hustle don’t just fill pipelines—they help people live and work better. And you’ll always have a professional, reliable team backing you up.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Business Intermediary role in the UAE's technical services sector, you should expect a base monthly salary in the range of 6,000–10,000 AED, depending on your network strength and prior experience with service contract sales. It’s also common for these roles to include significant commission or incentive structures, so if you have a proven track record of bringing in new business, your total earnings could increase considerably.
