What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Dubai, Al Garhoud branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Leading, mentoring, and developing team members—helping them grow professionally while holding high standards
- Setting and monitoring operational and financial goals, with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
- Implementing company policies and best practices to maintain top-notch customer service
- Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities to enhance our branch’s reputation
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
- Resolving escalated issues with a cool head and a solutions-first mindset
- Preparing regular reports and performance analyses for senior management
- Championing a positive, accountable branch culture that reflects our core values
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Significant experience in branch management or senior operations roles, ideally within shipping, logistics, or freight
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Solid grasp of operational and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities—comfortable facing both customers and colleagues
- A talent for problem-solving and making sound decisions under pressure
- Eligibility to work in the UAE (a two-year residency permit and contract will be provided)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience working in Dubai or the wider Gulf region
- Fluency in additional languages (Arabic is a bonus)
- Familiarity with shipping industry regulations and modern logistics technologies
