What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks — sometimes that means holding materials, other times lending a third (or fourth!) hand when things get busy
- Loading and unloading building materials from trucks, making sure nothing gets damaged in the process
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and clear of debris to help maintain a safe site
- Following safety procedures — not just because it’s required, but because we genuinely look out for each other
- Handling and storing tools and equipment with care, reporting any issues right away
- Running small errands on site (think fetching supplies, delivering messages, or checking inventory)
- Adapting to different crews and tasks as needed — every day brings something new
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a building helper or general laborer — even a few months counts
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new things on the go
- Able to lift and carry heavy items regularly throughout your shift
- Good understanding of basic safety practices on a construction site
- Valid residency or work permission for the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using hand tools and light machinery
- Conversational English, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with construction projects in Dubai
