About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Team as a Bus Nanny – Al Nahda, Dubai
Have a knack for caring for children and making safety feel second nature? We’re looking for Bus Nannies to become an essential part of our respected school community in the heart of Al Nahda, Dubai. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure our students start and end each school day with a smile — and their parents with peace of mind. If you take pride in nurturing young people and thrive in a position of trust, this could be the next step for you.
About Us
Our school prides itself on being more than just a place of learning — it’s a vibrant hub where students, teachers, and staff genuinely care for one another. While we’re recognized for our high academic standards, there’s just as much value placed on safety, well-being, and kindness. The transport team (yes, that means you!) is often the first and last point of contact for our students each day, so your work truly matters. We celebrate big milestones and the small, everyday wins — and, rumor has it, you’ll never feel unappreciated here.

- Welcoming students on and off the bus with patience, warmth, and a keen eye for safety
- Supervising children during their journey — ensuring they’re seated, comfortable, and following travel guidelines
- Supporting the bus driver with headcounts, pick-up & drop-off routines, and quick problem-solving when needed
- Communicating clearly with school staff and parents if issues arise or special attention is required
- Responding calmly to unexpected situations, from minor scrapes to a case of the nerves
- Upholding school policies, fostering a respectful and positive atmosphere for every child
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience working with children — especially in a supervisory, school, or daycare setting
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and care
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and attentive amid a bustling environment
- Valid UAE residency visa
- Good communication skills — you’re approachable and can reassure both kids and adults
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic first aid knowledge
- Familiarity with school transport systems in Dubai
- Spoken English, Hindi, or Arabic skills
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary of AED3500 per month, paid on time
- Supportive leadership and a team that truly values your role
- Opportunity to make a daily difference in children’s lives
- A workplace culture that champions growth, open communication, and mutual respect
- Central Al Nahda location with a diverse, welcoming school community
- Training sessions and occasional staff get-togethers keep things interesting
You’re not “just” helping with transport — you’re providing comfort, reassurance, and safety at the start and end of every school day. Please note: This recruitment is managed by an agency that applies a standard job application fee.
