About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself with a knack for solving car problems before anyone else even notices them? If you’re the sort of person who likes rolling up their sleeves and getting right under the hood, this Car Care Officer position in Dubai—right in lively Al Khawanej—could be the perfect next stop in your career. Here, it’s all about hands-on skills, real responsibility, and directly shaping the experience our customers have with their vehicles from start to finish.
About the Company
We’re a local company with roots in the Dubai automotive scene and a reputation for total vehicle reliability. Our team is full of people who live and breathe cars—it’s not unusual to find a heated debate about spark plugs or paint finishes during lunch breaks. We’re growing fast, but we still believe in the small-team feeling: open doors, shared wins, and a genuine focus on accountability, not hierarchy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Personally inspecting, maintaining, and servicing a diverse fleet of vehicles—your eye for detail sets the tone.
- Diagnosing, tackling, and repairing faults hands-on, not just delegating.
- Making sure every car is spotless and meets safety and quality standards before delivery (cleaning, inspection, the works).
- Coordinating with external workshops when repairs get complex, ensuring issues are resolved smoothly.
- Thoroughly documenting every maintenance and repair activity—clarity means cars (and customers) don’t fall through the cracks.
- Picking up on recurring issues and suggesting improvements or preventative solutions; your voice matters here.

- Previous experience coordinating with workshops or vendors.
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern vehicles.
