About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever driven past a freshly polished car and thought, “Wow, I’d love to be part of that transformation”? As a Car Wash Staff member on Falah Street in Madinat Zayed, Abu Dhabi, you’ll do more than just hose down vehicles — you’ll deliver that satisfying sparkle that makes people fall in love with their car all over again. We know this is honest work, and we’re looking for folks who take pride in their effort, enjoy working with their hands, and don’t mind seeing the sun (and maybe a little soap) each day.
About the Company
We’re a neighborhood favorite car wash spot where customers are as loyal as the team members themselves. Our crew is a spirited mix — some have been washing cars for years, others are new and eager to learn. Here, there’s always a bit of laughter between rinses, and helping each other comes naturally — someone will always lend you a mitt. We know that in a bustling city like Abu Dhabi, people trust us with their vehicles, and we don’t take that for granted. Friday lunches together after a busy week? Not uncommon. We believe in turning routine work into something meaningful and consistent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Washing and cleaning cars both inside and out, making sure every vehicle leaves our lot looking its best
- Using wash tools and cleaning products safely — from spray wands to vacuums and microfiber cloths
- Paying attention to detail while cleaning seats, dashboards, windows, and those tricky floor mats
- Communicating with the team to keep the workflow smooth, especially when it gets busy
- Moving, parking, and positioning vehicles carefully within the lot (always with safety top of mind)
- Spotting anything unusual (like scratches or dents) and letting the supervisor know
- Lending a hand for occasional deep cleaning or basic detailing tasks when needed
- Keeping your work area tidy and tools organized at the end of each shift

- Willingness to work hard, be on your feet, and handle physical tasks day-to-day
- Reliability — showing up on time, every time, ready to pitch in

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
