What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking on essential carpentry or steel fixing work on new builds and infrastructure projects.
- Reading and following project plans — precision really matters to us.
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling structures or reinforcements with care and accuracy.
- Collaborating with teammates to get the job done safely and on schedule.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
- Adhering to all site safety rules — looking out for each other is priority number one.
- Pitching in wherever needed; we value flexibility and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Carpenter or Steel Fixer (site experience preferred).
- Basic ability to read drawings or instructions.
- Willingness to relocate and live in company accommodation in Madinat Zayed.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and team spirit.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in UAE or Gulf region.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction site protocols.
- Ability to communicate in basic English or Arabic.
