Introduction

Are you an experienced painter looking for your next steady opportunity in Abu Dhabi? This might just be the role for you. We’re searching for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work, takes pride in a smooth finish, and wants to be part of a crew that values trust and quality workmanship. If you're ready for a stable, long-term position where your skills are truly appreciated, then read on.

About the Company

Our company has made a name for itself in Abu Dhabi for delivering top-quality painting and finishing services—no shortcuts, no quick fixes. We’re a tight-knit team that believes the difference is in the details: a well-prepped wall, a flawless coat, and a professional result every time. Respect for one another and for our clients is a core part of who we are. You'll find that many of us have built our careers here, thanks to the steady pipeline of projects and a management team that genuinely cares about employee well-being. (And yes, good-quality paint and solid tools are always supplied!)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing surfaces (walls, ceilings, and more) by cleaning, sanding, and patching to ensure a prime canvas.
  • Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, always aiming for that perfect, even coverage.
  • Mixing colors and matching shades when needed—sometimes the exact hue makes all the difference.
  • Collaborating with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standard. Teamwork is how we hit deadlines without cutting corners.
  • Protecting surroundings—tidy workspaces and careful masking are second nature here.
  • Reporting progress and challenges to the lead painter or supervisor, so we can always stay ahead of schedule.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next big job.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Demonstrable experience as a professional painter (interior, exterior, or both).
  • Commitment to quality—reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to take instructions, but also to work independently when needed.
  • Eligible to work in Abu Dhabi or willing to obtain the necessary employment visa (we’ll help).
  • Ready to join immediately—you’re just waiting for the right offer.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with different paint types, textures, or decorative finishes.
  • Previous work in a team-based environment or on large sites.
  • Basic conversational skills in English or Arabic.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Employment visa sponsorship—we handle the paperwork.
  • Company-provided accommodation near major project sites, so no long commutes.
  • Stable, long-term job security; we have a pipeline of steady projects throughout the year.
  • Immediate start possible—jump right in with a team that’s eager to welcome you.
  • Supportive team environment where your hard work is noticed and appreciated.
  • All the tools and high-quality materials supplied, so you can focus on the job, not the logistics.
  • Fair and experience-based salary, openly discussed after your interview—no surprises.

If you like the idea of doing honest work with a crew that supports each other, and having the stability that lets you plan for the future, you’ll feel right at home with us.
