What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces (walls, ceilings, and more) by cleaning, sanding, and patching to ensure a prime canvas.
- Applying paint, varnish, or other finishes with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, always aiming for that perfect, even coverage.
- Mixing colors and matching shades when needed—sometimes the exact hue makes all the difference.
- Collaborating with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standard. Teamwork is how we hit deadlines without cutting corners.
- Protecting surroundings—tidy workspaces and careful masking are second nature here.
- Reporting progress and challenges to the lead painter or supervisor, so we can always stay ahead of schedule.
- Maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for the next big job.
