What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing CCTV systems, from basic single-camera setups to complex, integrated surveillance networks.
- Configuring smart home solutions—think Wi-Fi thermostats, smart lighting, security sensors, and voice-activated devices.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining both new and existing security and automation systems.
- Guiding clients through system features, offering clear, patient support (sometimes even showing grandma how the app works).
- Working on-site at various locations across the UAE—new builds, family homes, offices, and sometimes even luxury villas.
- Keeping detailed records of installations and repairs—accuracy really matters around here.
- Collaborating with project managers and occasionally chipping in with ideas to improve efficiency or client satisfaction.
- Tackling unexpected tech hiccups: you’ll need to stay cool when things get hectic.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven, hands-on experience in CCTV installation, smart home setups, and networking.
- Comfortable reading technical diagrams, wiring plans, and product manuals.
- A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving—even under deadline pressure.
- Flexibility to travel and work independently at sites across the UAE.
- UAE residency and valid NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with advanced home automation protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, Matter).
- Arabic language skills (a plus, but not required).
- Prior background in customer-facing tech roles.
