About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to see buildings come to life, one careful tile, coat of paint, or engine at a time? Our leading contracting team in Al Qasimia, Sharjah, is picking up the pace, and we’re on the hunt for passionate people ready to bring their skills right onto the job site. Whether you’re a wizard with grout, a pro behind a paintbrush, a reliable driver, or a hands-on mechanic, there’s a meaningful spot here just waiting for your expertise—and we need you to start right away.

About the Company

We’re a fast-moving, close-knit contracting company with a solid reputation across Sharjah for quality work and a friendly, straightforward work culture. Our team is like family: we celebrate milestones big and small, swap stories over tea breaks, and never miss a birthday cake. Growth is in our DNA—we value upskilling, fair recognition, and ensuring that every voice (from the newest apprentice to the long-standing foreman) gets heard. If you’re after a place where your craft is respected and your colleagues feel more like friends, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you’ll jump right into one of these hands-on positions:

  • Ceramic Tile Fixers (2 positions):
    • Accurately lay out, cut, and install ceramic tiles in varied settings—be it residential floors, walls, or commercial projects.
    • Prepare surfaces and ensure quality finishes in line with project specs.
    • Collaborate with supervisors and adapt to changing site needs day-to-day.
  • Painters (2 positions):
    • Prepare, prime, and paint indoor and outdoor surfaces.
    • Mix and match colors for seamless touch-ups or fresh coats.
    • Keep your workspace tidy (no multi-color footprints left behind!).
  • Drivers (2 positions):
    • Transport team members, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently across Sharjah.
    • Maintain daily vehicle logs and ensure vehicles remain in top condition.
    • Support site logistics and step in where a helping hand is needed.
  • Heavy Equipment/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (1 position):
    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment and vehicles.
    • Carry out routine checks and emergency call-outs to minimize downtime.
    • Work with the crew to keep every asset running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in your relevant field (tile fixing, painting, heavy vehicle mechanics, or professional driving within the UAE).
  • A readiness and willingness to join our team immediately – we truly do mean urgently!
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with a mix of nationalities and backgrounds.
  • A practical, hands-on work ethic—you care about quality and safety.
  • For drivers and mechanics: a valid UAE driving license.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Good, reliable salary (paid on time, every time).
  • Fixed overtime—your extra effort is always acknowledged.
  • Comfortable accommodation provided for out-of-town team members.
  • Health insurance, because your well-being matters.
  • Training opportunities and room to grow (stick around and you’ll see how far your talent can take you!)
  • Supportive colleagues—we look out for each other on and off the site.
  • Convenient Sharjah location, in the heart of Al Qasimia.
  • You’ll get to see the city transform, one project at a time.

We take pride in what we build together—both the projects and the camaraderie. If you want reliable, steady work where your craft is valued and your team has your back, this is your kind of place.
