What You’ll Be Doing
- Deploying a team of experienced ceramic tile fixers to execute installation on-site, ensuring workmanship is up to industry-leading standards.
- Delivering each phase of tiling (preparation, layout, fixing, finishing) in strict adherence to project specifications and schedules.
- Maintaining on-site safety protocols and cooperative workflow with our in-house supervisors.
- Being responsive and adaptable to project needs, whether it’s scaling manpower daily or coordinating with other subcontractors.
- Managing all documentation (worker visas, company approvals, HSE certificates) for smooth site access and compliance checks.
- Communicating regularly on progress, challenges, and quality benchmarks—because honest updates make life easier for everyone.
