What You’ll Be Doing
Hot Kitchen Chef:
- Prepare and execute a variety of hot dishes, always meeting high quality and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menus and daily specials
- Ensure kitchen workstations are organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Uphold hygiene and food safety regulations at all times
- Mentor and guide junior team members during rush hours
Pastry & Dessert Chef:
- Craft show-stopping desserts, pastries, and sweet treats to delight our guests
- Experiment with new recipes and creative plating techniques
- Oversee inventory and manage orders for bakery supplies
- Maintain detailed records for allergen and dietary requirements
- Work closely with the chef team to coordinate desserts with meal service
Assistant Chef:
- Support senior chefs with food prep—chopping, marinating, and plating as needed
- Rotate between kitchen stations, adapting to wherever help is needed most
- Handle ingredient stocking and deliveries efficiently
- Keep all kitchen tools and workspaces spick and span
- Learn and grow under experienced mentors
Barista:
- Prepare expertly-crafted coffees, teas, and signature beverages
- Engage customers, offering thoughtful recommendations or sharing brewing tips
- Maintain coffee bar cleanliness and organize supplies
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Stay current on coffee trends to keep offerings exciting
Waiter/Waitress:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth, guiding them through menus and specials
- Take orders with care and accuracy, liaising swiftly with the kitchen
- Anticipate guest needs, from extra napkins to local tips
- Handle bills, payments, and table resets smoothly
- Foster a positive, attentive atmosphere that brings guests back again and again
What You’ll Bring

- Relevant experience in your chosen position (hotel or restaurant background a plus)
