What You’ll Be Doing
Commis Chef
- Prepare fresh dishes with precision and creativity – from breakfast pastries to elegant evening bites.
- Keep your workstation spotless and organized, even when the heat is on.
- Support the senior chefs in inventing new menu items and perfecting the classics.
- Embrace feedback – we’re always polishing our standards.
Waiter/Waitress
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and guide them through a world-class culinary experience.
- Remember regulars’ preferences and aim to exceed (not just meet) expectations with every service.
- Take orders, serve courses, and ensure tables are immaculate – all with a smile that feels authentic.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to provide seamless service.
Bell Boy
- Offer a sincere welcome at the door, assisting guests with luggage and directions around the hotel.
- Handle guest requests with discretion and efficiency — from arranging taxis to recommending the best sights.
- Maintain lobby presentation and help guests feel right at home from check-in to check-out.
- Jump in when needed – teamwork is everything here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Currently based inside the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Previous experience in a reputed hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting (6 months+ preferred for all positions).
- Good communication skills in English; warmth and professionalism with guests and teammates alike.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to handle whatever the day might bring.
- For Commis Chef: knowledge of basic food safety and kitchen operations.
- For Waiter/Waitress: confidence in handling orders and managing tables with finesse.
- For Bell Boy: strong customer service presence, neat appearance, and a helpful spirit.
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.).
- Formal hospitality certification or culinary training.
- Prior experience in luxury or five-star settings.
