What You’ll Be Doing
For Commis Chef:
- Preparing and presenting dishes according to our five-star standards.
- Following recipes, portion standards, and ensuring consistent quality.
- Supporting senior chefs during busy meal periods.
- Helping keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized.
For Waiter / Waitress:
- Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them through the menu.
- Taking orders and delivering food and drinks efficiently.
- Handling guest feedback with a professional, positive attitude.
- Ensuring your section is set up and spotless for every shift.
For Cashier:
- Managing POS transactions smoothly and accurately.
- Balancing the cash drawer and maintaining financial records.
- Assisting guests with queries and handling payment or billing issues.
- Supporting the front-of-house team during peak times.
For Kitchen Helper:
- Assisting chefs with basic food prep and kitchen tasks.
- Handling dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness.
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Pitching in wherever help is needed during busy service hours.
For Barista:
- Crafting specialty coffees and beverages to order.
- Engaging with guests at the café counter and sharing your coffee knowledge.

What You’ll Bring
