About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Dubai Mall Restaurant & Bar Team
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of Dubai’s vibrant food scene? If you’re searching for your next adventure, one with excitement, growth, and the buzzing energy of a world-class mall environment, this is your moment. We’re urgently expanding our team for a brand-new Restaurant & Bar located right in Dubai Mall — and we’re hiring across several roles: Pastry Chef, Kitchen Helper, Food Runner, Bartender, and Room Attendant. If you’re passionate, enthusiastic, and already in the UAE, we want to meet you. Immediate starters get priority, so why wait?
About Us
Our Restaurant & Bar isn’t just another stopover for Dubai Mall visitors — it’s shaping up to be the go-to spot where good food meets great company. We’re building a diverse, friendly team who believe in making every guest’s experience special. Between service, you’ll find laughs in the staff lounge, a kitchen that hums with teamwork, and floor staff who take as much pride in their latte art as they do in their table banter. We move fast, celebrate little wins, and genuinely support each other — whether that’s swapping stories or sharing a meal after closing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, you could be:
- Pastry Chef: Creating mouthwatering desserts, testing out new recipes, and making every sweet moment memorable.
- Kitchen Helper: Assisting chefs with prep work, keeping the kitchen spotless, and jumping in wherever you’re needed most.
- Food Runner: Delivering dishes swiftly from kitchen to table, reading the room, and making sure no glass stays empty for long.
- Bartender: Mixing up classic drinks and signature cocktails, chatting with guests, and ensuring the bar is always lively and welcoming.
- Room Attendant: Keeping guest spaces pristine, responding quickly to requests, and adding those thoughtful touches that make stays unforgettable.
Every role comes with its own mix of teamwork, fast-paced action, and the chance to create little “wow” moments for customers every day.
