What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, here’s a glimpse of what your day might look like:
- Welcoming guests with genuine smiles and guiding them through memorable dining experiences (Waiters/Waitresses)
- Mastering the art of preparing and serving exceptional coffees, teas, and signature beverages (Baristas)
- Crafting delicious breads, pastries, or desserts for the daily buffet, events, or à la carte service (Bakers/Pastry Chefs)
- Slicing, rolling, and plating beautiful sushi creations — always with freshest ingredients in mind (Sushi/Commie Chefs)
- Keeping all plates, glasses, and kitchen tools sparklingly clean and ready for action (Dishwashers)
- Collaborating with colleagues from across the globe to ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived

Nice-to-Haves
- Previous hotel, restaurant, or café experience (but fresh faces are welcome)
- English communication skills; Arabic or other languages a bonus
