What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s a taste of what awaits you, depending on your role:
- Hot Kitchen Chefs: Prepare signature mains and daily specials, managing your section with care and creativity—think bustling pans, plating finesse, and the occasional dash of friendly banter.
- Pastry Chefs: Conjure up cakes, pastries, and sweet endings, balancing artistic presentation with consistency. You’ll keep the dessert menu fresh and irresistible.
- Fish Chefs: Handle fresh catches with skill—filleting, marinating, cooking to perfection, and presenting seafood plates that impress guests and colleagues alike.
- Bakery Chefs: Create breads, rolls, and baked delights every morning; kneading, shaping, and scoring dough with pride.
- Baristas: Brew more than coffee—craft memorable moments, whether you’re whipping up flat whites or chatting with regulars over a quick espresso.
