We’re hiring for multiple immediate roles—Hot Kitchen Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Fish Chefs, Bakery Chefs, Baristas, Waiters/Waitresses, and Kitchen Assistants—at our vibrant restaurant in Abu Hail. Whether you’re passionate about precision plating, customer delight, or crafting the perfect espresso, there’s a place for you here. This opportunity is ideal for those already in the UAE (residents or on visit visas) and ready to jump in.

About Us

Nestled in Abu Hail, our restaurant thrives on genuine hospitality, fresh flavors, and a dynamic team spirit. Our kitchen is always alive with energy, laughter, and a fair bit of friendly competition (who can whip up the best special this week?). We believe in nurturing talent, celebrating little victories, and sharing good food—not just with our guests, but round the staff table too. If you love working where every day feels different and team meals are a serious affair, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s a taste of what awaits you, depending on your role:

  • Hot Kitchen Chefs: Prepare signature mains and daily specials, managing your section with care and creativity—think bustling pans, plating finesse, and the occasional dash of friendly banter.
  • Pastry Chefs: Conjure up cakes, pastries, and sweet endings, balancing artistic presentation with consistency. You’ll keep the dessert menu fresh and irresistible.
  • Fish Chefs: Handle fresh catches with skill—filleting, marinating, cooking to perfection, and presenting seafood plates that impress guests and colleagues alike.
  • Bakery Chefs: Create breads, rolls, and baked delights every morning; kneading, shaping, and scoring dough with pride.
  • Baristas: Brew more than coffee—craft memorable moments, whether you’re whipping up flat whites or chatting with regulars over a quick espresso.
  • Waiters/Waitresses: Take care of guests from welcoming smiles to efficient, attentive service. You’ll know the menu, anticipate needs, and keep tables humming along smoothly.
  • Kitchen Assistants: Support chefs with prep, cleaning, and keeping things running like clockwork behind the scenes—the unsung heroes of the kitchen.
