What You’ll Be Doing
Chefs
- Prepare and present creative dishes that delight our international guests, from breakfast buffets to à la carte dinners.
- Innovate new menu ideas with the Head Chef—your flair and signature techniques are welcomed.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen safety at every step.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your skills and enthusiasm.
Assistant Chefs
- Support the kitchen brigade with all aspects of meal prep and service.
- Ensure ingredients are prepped and stations set up before the dining rush.
- Jump in wherever needed—our team’s motto is “all hands on deck.”
- Assist with plating under the guidance of senior chefs, paying attention to detail.
Waiters / Waitresses
- Greet guests warmly and help create memorable dining experiences—think of yourself as part storyteller, part host.
- Take orders with confidence, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback gracefully, resolving any small issues with a smile.
Baristas

What You’ll Bring
