What You’ll Be Doing
- Hot Section Chefs:
- Prepare and present savory dishes with impeccable technique and flair.
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff during high-energy shifts.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on seasonal menu innovations and daily specials.
- Uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Pastry & Dessert Chefs:
- Create refined plated desserts and pastries that delight and surprise.
- Balance creativity with consistency—no two evenings are quite the same.
- Manage inventory of specialty ingredients and maintain precise kitchen organization.
- Work closely with the team to pair desserts with wines and specialty coffees.
- Baristas:
- Prepare artisanal coffees and beverages to exacting standards.
- Engage guests with knowledgeable and warm service, from single-origin espresso to signature drinks.
- Maintain an inviting café atmosphere, even during busy brunches or dinner service.
- Waiters/Waitresses:
- Guide guests confidently through the menu, sharing insights and recommendations.
