What You’ll Be Doing
Hot Section Chefs:
- Prepare a variety of gourmet dishes with precision, maintaining consistency and excellence service-to-service
- Collaborate with fellow chefs to develop and refine seasonal menus
- Oversee mise en place and ensure all station prep is ready for action
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Mentor junior cooks and inspire a culture of continuous learning
Pastry & Dessert Chefs:
- Craft both classic and contemporary desserts with a refined presentation
- Design bespoke sweet creations for special occasions and VIP guests
- Monitor ingredient freshness and manage inventory
- Work closely with the kitchen and front of house to ensure timely service
- Test and introduce new recipes—experimentation is encouraged!
Baristas:
- Prepare specialty coffees and signature drinks to perfection
- Engage with clients, offering recommendations and ensuring memorable coffee moments
- Maintain an organized and immaculate bar area
- Stay ahead of beverage trends, bringing new ideas to the menu
Waiters / Waitresses:
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to a discerning clientele
- Guide guests through menu options, always with a knowledgeable and upbeat demeanor
- Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
