What You’ll Be Doing

We’re growing, and so are the opportunities. Depending on your role, here’s what your day might look like:

  • Chef / Assistant Chef: Prepare and plate a range of beautifully presented dishes, maintain top-notch food hygiene standards, and work hand-in-glove with a supportive kitchen brigade.
  • Barista: Craft espresso drinks, pour the perfect flat white, keep the bar area spotless, and share your coffee passion with guests.
  • Waiter / Waitress: Set tables, take orders, serve dishes with flair, and ensure guests leave with a smile (and maybe a new favorite menu item).
  • Kitchen Assistant: Keep the kitchen running smoothly — from prepping ingredients to cleaning stations, you’ll be the backbone everyone relies on.
  • All Roles: Chip in when needed, bring new ideas to the table, and help us raise the bar every single shift.
