What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, your days might look a bit different, but here’s a taste of what you’ll dive into:
Line Cook / Commis Chef
- Prepping and cooking dishes that delight our international guests every single time.
- Working closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, even during the dinner rush.
- Keeping your station top-notch, clean, and always ready for inspection.
Waiter / Waitress
- Bringing positive energy to every table, ensuring guests feel genuinely cared for.
- Presenting menus, taking orders, and offering thoughtful suggestions when guests are unsure.
- Handling special requests with a smile and solving small issues before they’re big ones.
Barista
- Creating delicious, Instagram-worthy coffees from lattes to cappuccinos (and everything in between).
- Keeping the café tidy and welcoming, even when things get busy.
- Engaging with guests about their day or favorite orders — you might make someone’s morning!
Housekeeping Attendant
- Making guest rooms spotless and inviting — attention to detail is your superpower.
- Responding quickly to guest requests for extra towels, amenities, or a helping hand.
- Keeping corridors and public areas gleaming, so our hotel always shines.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality role is a big plus, but a positive attitude is even more important.
- Currently residing in the UAE (all nationalities welcome).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays — hospitality is a team sport!
- Basic communication skills in English.
- A genuine passion for delivering great service and making guests feel at home.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a 4- or 5-star establishment.
- Specific certifications (e.g., barista training, food safety, etc.).
- Multilingual abilities.
