We’re an established recruitment team working with one of Downtown Dubai’s most vibrant restaurant and bar venues—a place where world-class hospitality meets modern Dubai style. What You’ll Be Doing
- Commis Chef: Prep, cook, and plate dishes with flair—learn fast, stay organised, and support the kitchen team, especially during those busy nights.
- Kitchen Helper: Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—assist chefs, handle basic food prep, and take pride in a sparkling-clean kitchen.
- Head Waiter / Waitress: Lead by example with top-notch service, coordinate with team members during peak hours, and make every guest feel special.
- Bartender: Mix, shake, and pour with style—create both classic and creative drinks while chatting with guests and owning your section of the bar.
- Room Attendant: Maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards—spotless, inviting, and ready for both regulars and newcomers alike.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency in the UAE (applications from outside UAE can’t be considered at this time)
- Previous experience in a similar role (hotel, restaurant, or bar/hospitality background preferred)
- A positive attitude and great work ethic—no job is too small for you
- Basic English communication skills (other languages get a thumbs up!)
- A team-player spirit—helping colleagues comes naturally
- Willingness and ability to join immediately
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of international cuisines or popular beverages (role-dependent)
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurants or hotels
- Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality scene
