What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, here’s what joining our Front of House or Culinary Crew might look like:
- Waiter / Waitress: Greet guests, share menu recommendations with confidence, and create memorable dining moments every shift.
- Barista: Craft espresso drinks, whip up cold brews, and charm regulars with your coffee know-how and friendly banter.
- Baker Pastry: Rise with the sun to prepare fresh pastries, cakes, and breads that become the talk of every breakfast table.
- Sushi Chef / Commis Chef: Roll, slice, plate, and bring creative flair to every order while working closely with our senior chefs.
- Dishwasher: Keep the kitchen humming along by ensuring dishes, utensils, and workstations sparkle and shine.
You’ll also be:
- Jumping into the action during peak hours—no two days are quite the same here!
- Collaborating with teammates—whether it’s helping a rookie or sharing a laugh after a long dinner service
- Following safety and hygiene standards—our guests’ well-being is always priority number one
- Taking pride in delivering authentic hospitality that keeps Rove guests coming back
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A positive, can-do attitude (and a bright smile really helps!)
- The right to work in the UAE (candidates must be present in the country)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- For chefs and bakers: basic prep and knife skills, plus an eagerness to learn
- For waitstaff and baristas: solid communication skills and a knack for customer service
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience (but if you’re a fast learner, we’ll show you the ropes)
- Multilingual skills—a bonus when chatting with our international guests
- Food safety certificates for back-of-house roles
