What You’ll Be Doing
Hot Kitchen Chef
- Craft a variety of delectable main courses, using both traditional and modern techniques.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef in designing weekly specials and updating the à la carte menu.
- Maintain immaculate mise en place — because you know the magic’s in the prep.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, turning every shift into a masterclass.

Pastry & Dessert Chef
- Create both classic favorites and inventive pastries that keep guests coming back for more.
- Balance precision with creativity in everything from chocolate work to plated desserts.

Assistant Chef
