What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and optimizing lubricant manufacturing processes, ensuring every batch meets rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Developing and fine-tuning formulations for engine oils, industrial lubricants, greases, and specialty products—sometimes from scratch, sometimes with clever tweaks.
- Collaborating closely (and bilingually) with the production team, supervisors, and R&D specialists to troubleshoot issues or trial new blends.
- Implementing and monitoring quality control protocols to guarantee product consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Providing technical support—internally and to customers—regarding product applications, performance specs, and any unique challenges that arise.
