What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate all on-site activities for facade, curtain wall, and steel structure projects—from initial site set-up to final handover.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and your skilled site team.
- Translate technical drawings into buildable, actionable plans, ensuring quality execution at every step.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, adapting to shifting priorities with a cool head and clear communication.
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance—never cutting corners but always driving progress.
- Trouble-shoot issues on the ground: whether it’s a cladding detail that doesn’t quite fit, or a delivery that needs rescheduling.
- Track work progress, prepare detailed site reports, and keep everyone in the loop (no surprises here).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience managing facade, curtain wall, steel structure, or cladding projects—ideally in Dubai or the wider UAE.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and site execution processes.
- confident leadership skills—you know how to motivate and guide teams of supervisors, foremen, and skilled labor.
- Excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and client-facing needs.
- A genuine commitment to site safety and sound project documentation.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and local suppliers.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on fast-paced worksites.
