What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing and coordinating site execution of mechanical and electrical installation works (you’ll be the go-to for making sure everything clicks, literally and figuratively)
- Supervising subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure that every nut, bolt, conduit, and pipe is right where it should be
- Reviewing shop drawings and as-built documentation, cross-checking them with site realities, and flagging any discrepancies for swift resolution
- Running regular site meetings with stakeholders — from consultants to client reps — and keeping everyone aligned on progress, snags, and next steps
- Identifying technical solutions in real-time when field conditions throw a surprise your way
- Maintaining rigorous safety protocols so that the only thing getting built is the project, not risk
- Communicating daily site progress and critical updates in clear, actionable reports
- Supporting testing and commissioning phases to ensure seamless handovers at every stage

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 8 years’ hands-on site experience with MEP works in the UAE construction sector
- Strong background in executing, supervising, and coordinating large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Proven communication skills — you’re just as comfortable briefing a contractor as you are hashing it out with a consultant
- Deep knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards for mechanical or electrical engineering in the UAE
- Ability to read, interpret, and act on technical drawings and project requirements

Nice-to-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
